When I ate at La Petite Camille, I realized their broth tasted like the broth of my Nilagang Baka. I have some soup stock in the freezer and experimented with Beef Pho.
Vietnamese Beef Pho
Beef stock
Rice noodles, boiled
100 gr. beef sukiyaki
Basil leaves
Cilantro
Been sprouts
Lime wedge
Sriracha sauce
Hoisin sauce
Boil the beef stock, add the beef and cook briefly. Pour over rice noodles.
Garnish with cilantro, basil and bean sprouts.
Squeeze lime and add the Sriracha and Hoisin sauce.
