Finally .....


I've been waiting all night long to feel hungry.... finally.... I felt it! I just wanted to eat a "light" (by my standards) dinner. I bought smoked farmer's ham at the deli and swiss cheese.
I made Grilled Ham and Cheese Panini with cubed cantaloupe on the side.
4 slices baguette
2 oz. smoked farmer's ham, shaved
2 oz. swiss cheese
1 T. honey mustard
1 T. honey
1 T. softened butter
Lay the baguette slices on a cutting board. Spread honey mustard on one side of the bread, add the cheese, then the ham, drizzle with honey, top with cheese again. Cover with bread. Spread butter on the top and bottom of the panini, grill for 3-5 minutes.
