Mongolian Beef Barbecue

I already have a recipe of Mongolian Beef Barbecue but I prefer my new version.

This blog is my repository of my experiments and favorite tried and tested recipes.

Mongolian Beef Barbecue

200 gr. sukiyaki cut beef

Marinade:

2 T. Kikkoman soy sauce

2 T. Brown sugar

1 T. Knorr seasoning

1 T. Oyster sauce

1 T. Sriracha sauce

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1 t. Sesame oil

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the beef and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Vegetables:

Garlic, crushed

Onions, sliced

Leeks, sliced

Red pepper, sliced into strips

Green pepper, sliced into strips

Celery, sliced

Spring onions, chopped

Carrot, julienned

Cabbage, shredded

Chinese cabbage, shredded

Bean sprouts

Heat a griddle or a flat bottomed pan.

When it is smoking add 1-2 T. Cooking oil then add the vegetables.

Make a well in the center for the beef.

Toss and turn the vegetables and beef until the vegetables are crisp tender and the beef is cooked.
