LZM Bangus Copycat

I am going to share my version of LZM Bangus.

1 big boneless Bangus

4-6 pcs. Calamansi, juice of

1 t. Fine salt (approx.)

1/2 t. Freshly cracked black peppercorn

2 t. Crushed garlic

Marinate the Bangus, flesh side, down for 30 minutes.

Dredge with flour.

Deep-fry in cooking oil over high heat for a few minutes until golden brown. (Skin side down).
