Shrimps With Salted Eggs
12 pcs. shrimps, peeled and deveined
1/8 t. salt
1/8 t. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 T. Potato starch
Curry leaves, a small handful
1/2 C. cooking oil
4 yolks of salted eggs, microwave for 20 seconds then mash with the back of the spoon
2 T. oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 chili pepper, chopped
1/4 t. sugar
1/4 t. chicken powder
Season shrimps with salt and sugar.
Add the egg yolk and the potato starch.
Add oil in a pan and fry the shrimps quickly with the curry leaves.
Set aside the shrimps and the curry leaves.
Heat 2 T. of the oil used in frying the shrimps.
Saute garlic and chili then add the salted egg yolks.
Stir until it is bubbling.
Add the shrimps and curry leaves.
Season with sugar and chicken powder.
