Chinese Green Beans with Beef

I checked the internet for a recipe with Chinese greens beans and ground beef. I found one at 101cooking.blogspot.com.

It was so easy to cook!

Stir-Fried Green Beans with Ground Beef

250 g. Yard long beans (sitaw)

4 T. Cooking oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 chili pepper, sliced

250 g. Ground beef

Sauce:

1T. Oyster sauce

1 T. Hoisin sauce

1 t. Sugar

1/2 t. Salt

1/4 t. White pepper

Heat the oil in the wok. Stir fry the beans until it forms little blisters. Set aside.

In the same wok with the remaining oil, sauté the garlic and chili pepper. Add the ground beef and cook until it is no longer pink. Add the sauce and beans. Stir-fry for a few seconds.
