I baked again a batch of wheat-free dark chocolate chip cookies. Instead of the ground almonds with skin, this time, I used ground blanched almonds.
I also tweaked the recipe a little because my previous batch was too sweet for me.
I forgot to sprinkle sea salt!
I was inspired by the cookies I saw on Flipboard.
I am very happy now because I can bake using almond flour instead of all purpose or wheat flour.
Yay! My cookies are really good! Promise!
Uh oh! I cannot stop eating! It may be wheat-free but it is not sugar-free!
