Eggs for Breakfast

Ahhhh so much better.

Every time I eat 2 eggs for breakfast I do not get hungry the whole day.  I just poached eggs this morning and it kept me full the whole day without the need to snack on cashews.  Amazing!  I did not even finish my half cup of rice for dinner.

I cooked Sinigang na Bangus for lunch and the perfect sawsawan for it was



 Bagoong alamang with kalamansi!

Breakfast:

2 eggs, poached

Lunch:

half cup rice
Sinigang na Bangus

Dinner:

2 T. rice
a few pieces tawilis
