You can now buy General's Lechon by the kilo (850/K) at Petron, Pasay Road/Dasmarinas.
It is not your usual Tagalog Lechon but more of the Visayan style.... Saltier.
We got the Garlic Lechon.
My Kuya and PD prefer the traditional Lechon but Butch, Ate and I liked it.
I went to Salcedo Market last Saturday and bought Kanduli. It is one of my favorites.
Sinagang na Kanduli sa Miso.
Too bad I ran out of Bagoong Isda for my dipping sauce.
I also cooked Pancit Con Lechon
And Pork and Shrimp Sio Mai for the rest of my family.
I experimented with Bacon-wrapped Sio Mai.
Hehehe, it was just for my personal consumption.
