KO'd by Espresso

Arggghhhhh! I am a bit dizzy and nauseous! I was silly to order Cafe Bon Bon this afternoon. I am not used to caffeine, I always drink decaf. But I thought it would not be so strong! I wanted an Iced Vietnamese style coffee and I thought the Bon Bon would do it for me. It is an espresso with condensed milk. I even asked for a cupful of ice. It was just too dark!!! Now, I am suffering for it. It was my fault.
