Shey, Mona and I spent the late afternoon cooking!
Mona taught Shey how to make Puttanesca Sauce.....
And the 7 layer dip for our dinner tomorrow.
I experimented with Shrimp Omelette ....
And ..... Mona taught us how to cook Pancit Lomi.
Shey is very lucky, Mona is a gentle teacher.
Hehehehe
Unlike Teacher Lia, who is very exacting, demanding and a perfectionist. I am an "OC-OC" when it comes to my cooking but very laid back in everything.
Hopefully, Tricia can join us next time!
