My friend, Leah, who is based in Singapore is in Manila! She is actually the classmate of Mariger but we all shared a table at the AC lounge when we were in college.
I invited her and Jing for lunch.
We had my Kare-Kare from scratch....
Chicken Adobo.... Still do not why people say it goes well with Kare-Kare. But after eating it, it does make sense.
I made Vietnamese Coffee and we ate the "folded fortune cookies" with coconut jam in the center from Singapore.
It was nice seeing you again, Leah!
Hopefully, we can go out with Mariger next time!
