Chocolate Truffle Champorado

I have always eaten Champorado from the box. I never realized you can make it from scratch!

Michelle's pasalubong for Mona from Vancouver is Chocolate Truffles. Mona used it to make champorado from scratch for our merienda today.

It was so delicious and decadent!

I told them I could not eat it without TUYO!

I prepared cua pao for Mona, Michelle and Sam.

We all enjoyed our afternoon snack!
