Thai Food Experiment - Shrimp Cakes

My ultimate favorite food I recently ate in Thailand is Shrimp Cakes!

I loved it! Tita Jit brought me 2x to Hua Lumphun, a restaurant in the outskirts of Bangkok about an hour and a half away from the city.

That's how much I love it!

Hahahaha

And that's how much Tita Jit loves me!!!  Thank you!

Measure 30 grams or 1T. paste, form it into a ball then roll in breadcrumbs.

Deep fry (160 C)  until golden.

Palm sugar sauce

1/4 C. (60 grams) palm sugar or brown sugar
