Bicol Food

Babita invited us (Cat, Tricia, Mabel, Mona and I) yesterday and she served food from the Bicol region! Mostly dishes with coconut milk.

It was Daisy, the cook, who prepared the spread for us!

Laing!

I enjoyed eating it because it was not makati.

Ginataang Papaya. Simple yet you won't be able to stop eating.

Cassava Suman with sauce

Light and Fluffy Butter Rum Cake.

Mabel and Tricia brought pastries from Dean and Deluca.
