I have a new kawali (Wok) and I love it! It is stainless steel and I bought it at MK Kitchen at Farmer's Plaza in Cubao.
I think this is what the street vendors in Southeast Asia use!
It was such a delight cooking my Char Kway Teow experiment in this wok.
Pair it together with the turbo Kalan I bought from Bambi, PERFECT!
I used pork lard for my experiment.

The noodles did not stick to the wok!
It was like using a non-stick pan!
Plus you get that burnt taste that you cannot achieve when you use ordinary wok and stove.
I cannot wait to use my new kawali again!
