I am on a new diet this week. I am going to conduct an experiment and will see if my blood sugar improves.
Yesterday, I ate a lot of food at the picnic. I even had 2 slices of mocha cake and 4 pieces Lindt Truffle chocolates. My dinner was very light and my FBS this morning was only 165! That is still high, of course but not as high as 200 plus.
So for this week, I will just have a light healthy sandwich at night.
