I woke up this morning feeling a little queasy. Probably from all the fat I have been eating these past few days. It finally caught up with me.
I just wanted something light for breakfast. I could not eat my usual 2 eggs for breakfast.
Just hot soup, rice noodles, vegetables, hoisin sauce and sriracha sauce.
I bought Hermie several kinds of fish yesterday and she let me try her fried dilis.
I told her to dredge mine in cornstarch.
My lunch was still something light. Chicken Nilaga with ginger, lemongrass, cabbage and potatoes.
I also ate the leftover beef tapa and fat.
I was chatting with Lisa via Facetime this morning and she showed me her Tostitos Salsa con Queso!
Of course, I had to buy in Rustan's.
I had Beef Nachos for my pre-dinner snack.
Dinner was a different version of Pad Thai. I used chicken instead of shrimps.
I actualy made this for FGM ( fairy godmother), I just tried a small serving.
I have to say my Pad Thai is getting more delicious each time!
Am I biased? I hope not!
