3 - Week Wheat Free Menu

Some of my friends, Cristina and Shey, will join me in my wheat-free diet starting September 1.

I made a 3 week menu. It is just a guide so people will have an idea what they can eat while following the wheat-free lifestyle.

It took me 2 nights to come up with a 3-week Wheat-free Menu.

Week 1

Monday

Breakfast:

Cheese and Vegetable Omelette

Lunch :

Ginataang Manok with eggplant

1/2 C. Rice

Snack: Handful of cashews

Dinner:

Beef short ribs Sinigang

1/2 C. Rice

Tuesday

Breakfast:

2 pcs Deviled eggs

Lunch:

Stir-fried Broccoli, Carrots and Mushrooms

1/2 C. Rice

Snack: Popcorn

Dinner:

Pinakbet with pork

1/2 C. Rice

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 pcs. Scrambled eggs with Cheese

Lunch:

Fish pinangat

1/2 C. Rice

Sautéed Sayote

Snack: Almonds

Dinner:

Grilled Pork Chop
